Artwork and Performance Submissions Now Open
Enjoy a student art exhibit alongside captivating performances. Experience the talent and passion of our young artists and performers in an evening celebration of the arts.
🎨Student Artwork Submission
In conjunction with the Art Showcase event, we would like to fill the halls of the Erie 1 BOCES Education Campus with student artwork. Selected work will be put on display with awards given at the showcase. Please fill out the information below for student's work to be considered for display. Please submit a photo of the work for the committee to view. Submissions are due by Friday, April 24, 2026.

April 24, 2026 - Submission Deadline
May 8, 2026 - Notify Artwork Selected
May 11, 2026 through June 5, 2026 - Window to drop off student artwork at Erie 1 BOCES Education Campus - Building A. Work may also be sent via BOCES mail or delivered at the June 5 Visual Art Consortium for participants.
🎶Student Performance Submission
In conjunction with the Art Showcase event, we would like to schedule select student performance groups to perform throughout the evening. Our conference spaces can only house small to medium sized ensembles. All performances will be limited to a maximum of 20 minutes. Please fill out the information below for performances to be considered for the event. Submissions are due by Friday, April 24, 2026.
Note: Instruments including keyboards are not provided. Please provide your own if needed. A computer with access to speakers to play tracks will be available - if needed, please note below.
